Return & Refund Policy

WeeWoo is a shared subscription platform . We do not refund once the subscription is purchased because of privacy concerns . So, before buying any subscriptions confirm you need it or not and the credentials will be shared within WhatsApp only . So that's you will be added to a broadcast for I'd and pass updates .

But for these special cases we may initiate the refund :

  • If we are unable to provide the subscriptions within 24 hours we will initiate a refund
  • For the subscription that requires I'd password you won't be refunded and for otp login you will be refunded but with 10% charge for The payment gateway
  • If any issues occurred your issue will be solved within 24 hours from the time you informed

  • You have bought Netflix shared subscription you will get limit sometimes for that case you won't be refunded if you want your private screen buy private plan but any plans can't guarantees full non limit of Netflix 
  • If before 28 days your credentials are revoked by admin and we are unable to provide you a replacement id within a day
  • If you have bought any subscription on your number and due to company issue or coupon issue you are unable to avail it.
